State-of-the-Art Equipment

Our rotary steam injection and soil extractor is an example of the quality equipment utilized by Appeal's Hotel Hygiene Systems. This weighted machine operates with a mechancial action agitation that flushes and removes deeply embedded soil. It is the most thorough system available. We highly recommend its use for restoration of abused, neglected, and excessively soiled carpets. We also use top-of-the-line Castex equipment with variable high PSI pressure and maximum lift vacuums to achieve thorough cleaning.

Attention to Detail

We give every room the attention it requires. In most cases, rooms are available for evening occupancy, eliminating downtime. Rooms are maintained in make-ready status.

• The smallest details demand our attention. From hand cleaning hard-to-reach corners to final carpet grooming as we exit.
• Our process applies an even amount of chemicals. We use biodegradeable pre-sprays for optimum soil release. Additionally, we offer fabric guard protection, fire retardant treatment for fabrics, draperies and more.
• Where required, we pre-spray heavily soiled areas and manually or mechanically agitate carpet fibers before steam extraction. This is followed by lifting and grooming the carpet fibers after cleaning for improved appearance and drying time.
• We offer steam or dry cleaning for your upholstery and draperies with valance in place. We offer fabric guard protection and fire retardant treatment for your draperies.
• Hygienically cleaned mattresses give your customers a good night's rest. We can remove most stains and offer odor control treatments for foul odors. In addition, we offer microbial disinfectant treatments for AIDS, semen and dangerous bacteria.
